| I have complained about the carts at the Aurora location several times and again today. The same person who is the on Duty supervisor I believe and she again made comment to the fact she I'm not the only one whom complains about these carts and again she will bring this to her managers attention. This day I'm upset and sore as I have pulled a muscle in my arm trying to navigate around this store. A note to who ever if it ever gets to a destination where some actually gives a !!!! the only reason we shop there is because of my wife. If it were up to me I would not set foot in the place. My wife Jocelyne likes the establishment but she does not push the cart of which pulls one way or the other and the heavier the load the worse it gets. Second note we have a Costco member ship and it is further away to get to but I had Jocelyne talked into going there today and I pushed there cart for over an hour with ease, if not for some produce and product she will only purchase at your store I was happy just to go home. But we had to go to the Super Store and push the !!!!!! cart and here I'm typing out this complaint with one hand as my shoulder is sore. A Canadian by birth and one who hates to shop any where that is not but this real Canadian Company is doing its best to convince me to shop else where. | I have to agree with all the other comments. It is useless trying to view your flyers online. It used to be just like the other flyers but now is a total headache. You don't even put the flyer in the bag that gets delivered ever week which you used to do. Get your heads together and listen to your customers. |

| Complicated, waste of time. You go through the steps of selecting: Province, City/Town & Store to find that you still are unalbe to view the flyer. Then if you get in, you have to attempt to view as a flyer as opposed to it being itemized. I hate the iitemized step up. Loblaws should go back to the method prior to this. |

| This method is far too complicated. Superstore should go back to their regular format of allowing their customers to view flyer. If your goal is to lose customer, good move! |
