| I can get to your flyer without hassle, but every time I click on "view flyer" it takes me back to the previous page. So I put in my province again, city and store, back I go to your flyer, click on "view flyer"........... |

| I try every week to get on to your flyer, and I cannot, It's asking for the Province, when I enter that it does not allow me to enter the store. What is wrong with your website. I don't know your sales, so I shop elsewhere |

| I have signed for other grocery store's weekly flyers and regularly receive them in my in-box with no problems. Why there is such a hassle with yours? I guess I'll be shopping elsewhere. Cheers |

| I have a very difficult time trying to get the flyer so that I can read it. I clicked on today February 11th to get the next week flyer and it only shows two pages side by side too small to read. I would like to see one page three times the size so I can read it. I wonder why I don't get the flyer in the Newmarket Era like some of the others. |

| We haven't been receiving the superstore paper flyer in our neighbourhood for a couple of months now so I have been searching online for it and it is very difficult to locate and takes up a lot of my time. This is something which should take seconds, like all the other flyers, and instead it has become a real hassle which is very discouraging since Superstore is my favourite grocery store. I prefer the paper version and I absoloutely do not like the other flyer version. |

| I think you are looking at one of the 3 view options this is why it looks bad .The worst view : ITEM VIEW is set as default - if you want the paper version flyer click on PAGE VIEW option and to TURN PAGES use drop down menu that opens below the page count. Hope this brings a bit of a smile to your faces :P This is the view I use - it works pretty well for me. So i don`t know if that still does not improve your shopping experience i`m sorry :( pardon my grammar - my brain is OFF on weekends. |

| This format is horrible. And yes, I am using Firefox' browser. I quit after looking at just a couple pages. There's repetition, its hard to read, and that's nothing compared to actually finding the flyer to begin with. I scan both Superstore and Sobey's flyers each week to determine where to buy my entire grocery order but I'm now convinced if this stays the same, I'm just heading for Sobeys. Too bad too, because I've always preferred Superstore. |

| I absolutely do not like this new flyer system....it is such a hassle to get to it, it is not set out to be easy to see at a glance....please please go back to the old looke, it was much more people friendly! |

| people do not complain if you are using IE.. use a R E A L B R O W S E R ! like firefox.. i don`t even understand why ppl still use IE and complain.. its like putting your hand in the fire .. and then being both angry at the fire.. and surprised that your hand gets burned... hope that helps. |

| This format is absolutely terrible ! Turning pages on an electronic version of the flyer was way better. This is very confusing, you can't read what specials on on, and it seems it could be deceiving. If the Superstore flyer is going to be like this, I'm switching to Sobeys where you can at least seetheir entire flyer online in an easy to read format. |

| This is the first week I cannot locate the Superstore on-line grocery flyer. This is very disappointing to me because I do up a weekly comparison of the area grocery stores, as I know 2-3 people who shop there regularly. |

| I don't know why but I cannot get to this flyer. All the others work fine, but here I get a request to select my store which I did then clicked on weekly flyer all to no avail. Any idea what is wrong |

They concentrate on food and general merchandise retailing with the objective of supplying customers with the best in one-stop shopping for everyday household needs.
Real Canadian Superstore carry a variety of goods; the vast majority of space is devoted to groceries and about a third of each store is set aside for electronics, housewares, and clothing.
