| On Fri. I rec. your new flyer and seen the log spitter of my dreams, on fri night April 27th I went yo my local TSC in Brantford to pick it up and found that not one was set up for me to view on the sales floor after finding a sales person I was told they were in the stockroom,I asked if they were planning to put one together soon, I was told not untill after the sale was over,so the next day I when to the store in simcoe and they told me the same thing.How do you expect to sell a $1600.00 machine in a box? Most people would like to see what it looks like before you buy it!!!So you have lost a lot sales because of this, Qustion how many other people like myself feel this way! I would like to buy this machine But I will not buy anything sight unseen!!!I will wait untill wed. this week for your reply, if not I will go to your competition and buy one!!!! |

If you're going to post a blurb on here about TSC service and lack there of, please do us all a favour and take a few moments to check your spelling and grammar. It's more frustrating reading these poorly spelled posts than it is shopping at TSC, which by the way, I find to be a pretty good store. You illiterates know who you are. Please do us all a favour and go back to school and improve yourselves before you waste "our" time with you ignorance of the English language. |

| Mabey if all of you shoppers, weren't so greedy and actually shopped TSC regularly and not just for the sales items you would appreciate the store. Every one wants to show up Saturday for a product that everyone else is selling for $29.99 and TSC has guts to promote as a HOT BUT at $9.99 and brings in 100 per store. You should realize that deals like this you need to be at the store on a regular basis to get first hand news not wake up and happen to look at the flyer and then go to the store, stomp your feet because the store out of product. MAN!!! The store is basically giving stuff away. Instead of taking the time to sit at your computers and commenting on this, take the time to get to the store you lazy people. You will find good deals along with good people. |

| I am not impressed - you advertise a product "Nyjer Seed" at half price, I go to purchase 4 bags the next day and I am told one customer bought the whole lot (36 bags)the day before, tell me, why should I ever bother to shop at your store if there are no limitations to the quantity a person can purchase. I was advised by one of your staff members to make my complaint on your web site, now that I see so many other complaints, well, guess who ain't shoppin there anymore. |

| I am a first timer to this site. After reading many disgruntled diatribes towards TSC, I decided to look for something I needed for my shed. Just a simple outdoor lamp. On trying to access the electrical component of their on line shopping, I see that this particular site is presently " UNDER CONSTRUCTION " Hmmmmmm Guess I'll search elswhere. |

| I recently noticed that my local store switched their hardware aisle to another company. I have never been more satisfied buying this type of product. Easy to shop and the finally had the stock I wanted!!! |

Will never shop there again and will certinly tell all that will listed to do the same. Canadian Tire just as bad BUT alot more to offer. My advise go to Lowes/Home Depot. Phoned head office and no change to situation. Terrible management problems???? |

| I purchased a Poulin saw with 18" bar and 42cc engine, on Dec. 29 2010. at TSC Arnprior. I did not try it until first week in March. Piece of junk, wouldn't idle, or even rev up. Throttle stuck when trying to start, decided to take it back, having only run 1 tank of fuel through it. Was informed I had to take it to repair depot, 1 hours drive from home. They informed me that there was no return policy, only repair. The girl there told me that because I had put fuel in it I can't take it back. I told her how would I know if it worked properly or not if I didn't put gas in it. I am rethinking about future purchases at TSC, if this is the best they can do. |

| Any store still carrying this item(probably not)? I Have never purchased anything on sale at TSC that was advertised in their flyer, I could never find it!! When the Daisy BB guns were on sale, I went in at 9 am, an hour after the store opened, and was told they were all sold out and that some guy came in and bought 5. I said to her "how can that be when the sale started this morning?" Alot of interesting stuff on the flyer, but never in the store, what a concept TSC.... |

| This has happened twice now. I went to the clearance Isle found a pair of gloves they were red tagged wuth no price. went to the counter for a price and they were not on clearance. Was told that they sould not have been there. The time prevouse was looking for MTD belts for my Lawn tractor. Again a whole bin in clearance isle spent about 1/2 hour trying to find proper Part number. Went to the counter and again was told that that item was not on sale,. They were put there so they could get rid of them quicky. (**o). Went to Home Hardware and got them for 1/2 The price that TSC was asking for them.Only difference, Had to order them. The person that is happy with the Grimsby store should let me know who he knows there. because i have yet to leave that store satified. If i now need enything i drive to St Catharines to Home Depot. It,s to bad. a nice store but lacks the profesonal staff to deal with. Managemets needs to spend more time training. |

| I am amazed that the floor jacks were all sold before the sale started. I will never enter a tsc store again. Maybe no one cares in the TSC organisation, but it will certainly affect their sales,reputation and profits. It only takes one unhappy customer and there are lots more. |

| I too was disappointed with the fact that there were so few in stock. After visiting my local store on the morning of the opening of the sale and finding none, I contacted several area stores within a 2 hour driving distance and found that they too were understocked and ran out or didn't have any in the first place. I would assume that this type of sale item was designed to be a loss leader for the stores to get people shopping in the store. But when you (head office and/or stores) make a meager attempt at stocking these items in your stores, the affect is often a disgruntled shopper who may no longer be a repeat customer. I know that I had a list of items to buy along with the floor jack. I instead took my business elsewhere. |

| i have shopped at tsc for yrs and have always been happy with the service untill today!! they had a sale on a 3 ton floor jack. i was the first one in the store after waiting over an hr outside for the simcoe store to open for business. when they finally opened the door i asked the clerk where i could find it and she told me she had no idea. then a couple older gentlemen asked and she directed them right to it. i am pissed along with about 6 other costomers especially when we found out that there was only 2 jacks available in the store. how the ** can u have a sale on an item that you only have 2 of? i overheard a few customers say that they will never purchase anything from them again, and now niether will i!!! i just got a 100 dollar gift card for christmas for tsc and i'm not even going to use it. i'll go out of my way to shop at canadian tire rather than give these SOB's my business again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

| can't believe all the complaining - Grimsby TSC usually has flyer sale items and if not will give you a rain check and call you. They've even given me rain check prices on a larger number of items than was on the rain check when i went to pick it up. Sorry if this is not true of other locations. Solution would be to move to Niagara Region and shop in Grimsby ! |

| TSC store in Orangeville is a really lousy place to shop. They very seldom have what is advertised in their weekly flyer. You have to be there on Friday morning to get any of the advertised deals and even then they may not have even got the stock in. |
