| Can't get past the 'store locate' function, nothing opens, after that. I can see the recipes and the specials at the top of this page but the open flyer doesn't work, it just takes me around and around and around. I tried multiple locations but it's the same for everywhere. Guess I'll try a different store. |

| It is to difficult to find your weekly flyer and I am seriously thinking of ommitting Independent as one of my shopping stores. Frankly you don't offer anything different than all the others and I don't need extra frustrations when trying to plan my shopping list. |

| Really? you can't find the big button at the top of the page that says my flyer? furthermore change the views to page view and you get the exact flyer you get in the mail. If it won't load, it's because your computer is terrible and you should probably throw it out the window and buy a new one. and a mailbox at that seeing as you have to make a fuss online to see a simple grocery store flyer. |

| Alexandria made the top12..please help Alexandria earn the title of HOCKEYVILLE 2010. To make round 3 we need outside town support. some of the towns we are against are huge. | Have contacted customer service - was given a ref. number supposed to call back. December 16 still waiting. Have not been able to access the flyer for two weeks, even in a round about way. I get the loop back to 'choose your store over and over again. Can't even get the "choose your store" page anymore! |

| Flyer isn't much use if you can't view it. I received the following for the last two flyers Runtime Error Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine. Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off". |
