| Agree. Store hours s/b posted on line. 'I (CT) can't be bothered to put this info online, but you (shopper) sure have time to waste, so go back to the phone'. In this day and age this is perceived as disrespectful and lazy. |

| You're employess are horrible!!! They stand around talking at the cash and when asking for help.. well lets just say that I could have walked down ALL the isles and looked where the product is just the same!!! I would NEVER go here but I have to return something!! OH your web site sucks!!! Did you know the average person spends no more than 3 min on a web page if they can't find what they are looking for!!! DO YOU THINK I CAN FIND SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS STORE HOURS???? RIDICULOUS!! | There is no choice on what size page(s) to view.... except full page which is too large for the screen or the mini pages... Either way one cannot properly see the Canadian Tire flyer. |

| The ability to view the flyers is awesome...I absolutely love it...the site is so very user friendly as well. It is really nice to be able to check the sales on line before going to the stores. The paper flyers are nice but this is much better. Lots of good deals and plenty to choose from weekly.... |

| if the flyer price is lower than purchase, take in your receipt and talk to the manager. Do NOT talk to the service desk as they may not be able to help. My local store is very good... I've gone back after 2 weeks and been reimbursed. or you can buy them on sale, then take them back with the older receipt which has the higher price. unethical, perhaps.... |

| I purchased 4 - 4L containers of Quaker state oil for $18.99 each (total$86.83) and the next day the flyer came out and the same oil was $14.99. I called the store to ask if I would be allowed a reduction since it was only 2 days later and was told "no - we don't do this". What gives? Most other store have this policy. I am on a pension and believe me, every penny saved helps out. I will await your answer to this question. |

| I really don't beleive that you can charge companies money for this **ty services that you offer. I was trying to view the canadian tire flyer and could not do what I wanted and you can be sure as I sit here that I will be sending an e-mail to the company brass to tell them about your services. |
